Frequently asked questions
How will you screen staff and safeguard keys?
Our operating model includes role-appropriate screening and structured training as services launch and expand. For key-holding clients, we plan to maintain a logged chain of custody for clear accountability.
How does key holding work?
We store your keys securely and access your home only for scheduled or approved visits. Each entry and exit is logged, and you receive a report after every visit.
Can you prepare my home before I arrive?
Yes. Share your arrival details and we will ensure fresh linens, a spotless home, comfortable climate and any essentials you request, ready the moment you walk in.
Which cities do you serve?
We currently focus on Tetouan, Tangier, Meknes, and Casablanca, with coverage expanding continuously. Contact us to confirm your area.
Can I pause, change or cancel my plan?
A pause may be requested only with a 9- or 12-month subscription, subject to approval. Eligible visit changes and subscription cancellation are managed in the customer portal: visit changes require at least 48 hours’ notice, while subscription cancellation requires at least one month’s notice under the Terms.
What products do you use?
We use professional, effective and considered products, with eco-conscious and surface-safe options for delicate finishes and sensitive households on request.
Which subscription durations are available?
Dar Tahara offers fixed-term subscriptions of 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
Do longer subscriptions cost less?
Yes. The standard duration discounts are 5% for six months, 10% for nine months, and 15% for twelve months. The three-month subscription uses the standard price. The 9- and 12-month subscriptions also include one complimentary deep clean per year, on top of the duration discount.
When can a pause be approved?
A pause is intended for circumstances such as construction, major renovation, serious property damage, or temporary inaccessibility of the property.
Can I pause because I am travelling?
Travel, holidays, temporary absence, low occupancy, or not needing cleaning temporarily do not ordinarily qualify.
What happens to my contract during a pause?
Cleaning and recurring billing are suspended during the approved period, and the contract end date is extended by the same period.
Can I use two separate one-month pauses?
No. The benefit permits one pause of up to two consecutive months per eligible contract.
Does an unused pause carry over?
No. An unused pause has no monetary value and does not carry over to another contract.

Yes. Dar Tahara is sometimes written as DarTahara or dartahara, and dartahara.com is the official website of Dar Tahara, a professional home care and property concierge company in Morocco.
